Pantone's Color Trend Report identifies the key shades for any given season by taking a look at where the designers are gravitating and the general mood of the season. For Fall 2023, the company is predicting bold hues like Rose Violet (a red-tinged fuchsia), Red Orange (fiery orange), Red Dahlia (a deep red), High Visibility (almost-neon yellow), Kohlrabi (vivid green) and Viva Magenta (the 2023 Color of the Year) are expected to take over our wardrobes.
Pretty in Barbie Pink
Every fall season has its own color palette, but this year, fashion gets a dopamine kick with pops of red, bright green, and orange dancing alongside the traditional neutral hues that add a little something special to 2023’s cozy theme.
When you think of fall, the hues of changing leaves usually come to mind. But this year, summer’s bright green is evolving to a crimson, bright yellow, or burnt to an orange crisp. And some of this season’s changing foliage inspo will take on a royal plum and magenta color story.
