This shoulder bag is crafted from regenerated denim and rescued printed tapestry-like fabric. It is complemented with gold rescued hardware. Designed in flap silhouette, it opens to a compartment interior sized to fit daily essentials. It features a pocket inside. 

This bag comes with two straps: a chunky brown resin hand strap for a dressy look, or a canvas cinnamon brown strap to wear it as a crossbody for a more casual look. Tuck the custom made strap inside to hold it as a clutch bag or wear it as a sling bag or crossbody.

      Orders have a 24-48 business hour processing time.
      Orders are shipped on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. 
      Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address.
      We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. 
      L2R the Label is not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance (usually $100).

      SHIPPING POLICIES INTERNATIONAL

      Orders have a 24-48 business hour processing time.
      Orders are shipped on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
      International orders require a verified billing address and phone number.
      We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.  
      Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country.
      We estimate the value to be between 20-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The mail courier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.

      Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

      SALE TERMS

      All USA orders made on SALES will be shipped with USPS or UPS.

      All international orders made on SALES will be shipped with DHL International Express or UPD Worldwide Expedited.

      LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGE?

      We ship via UPS, DHL, or USPS which provide secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. 

      We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance (usually $100).

      For domestic US packages we ask UPS and USPS to require a signature for orders over 500 USD.

      If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than 500 USD please contact us at contact@l2rthebel.com and include your order number.

      Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost, damaged, or stolen.

      L2R RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

      Full-priced items are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

      Items purchased with a discount code or a promo code are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

      All final sale items are ineligible for a return of any kind (refund, exchange, store credit).

      L2R offers free returns and exchanges on any unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise.

      Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of package arrival date.

      There is a $5 return processing fee applied to all returns which will be deducted from the refund.

      All items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original slider pouch packaging along with the order packing slip. A fee will be applied if these conditions are not met.

      We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason or charge a restocking/cleaning fee.

      All final sale items are ineligible for a return of any kind (refund, exchange, store credit).

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES - EASY AS 1-2-3

      To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      1. To initiate a return or exchange, you just need to use the chat button on the website, or send an email to contact@l2rthelabel.com, or reply to your order confirmation email with:

      • Your name
      • Your order number
      • Reason for return

      A customer representative will get back to you with confirmation within the next business day.

      A return label will be issued right away and emailed to you.

      2. Please fill out the return form and send back your purchase. If you cannot print the return label, please let a customer representative know by email contact@l2rthelabel.com.

      3. Returns are quickly processed within 24 hours after reception of the item. Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification and your refund. 

      There is a $5 return processing fee applied to all returns which will be deducted from the refund.

      REFUND

      Returns are free, meaning we send a free return label to ship the item back to us.

      Returns can be tracked using the tracking number associated with your return label. 

      Domestic returns are shipped via USPS.

      International returns are shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS.

      24 to 48 hours after reception of the item, it is inspected, and the refund is submitted. An email notification is automatically sent to notify that your refund is on its way.
